Vodacom's network is number one in South Africa

It’s official: Vodacom remains SA’s best network with the least amount of dropped calls.

A recently published article by MyBroadband, one of South Africa's leading ICT news sites, has confirmed that Vodacom’s network has the least dropped calls among all networks in South Africa. The news is based on a ruling by the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa (ASA) which ruled that Vodacom’s claim of having the network with the least dropped calls is substantiated. The latest ruling was triggered by a competitors complaint to the ASA against our television commercials where we claimed to have “SA’s best network with the least dropped calls”.

This feat comes shortly after ASA ruled in December 2016 that Vodacom may continue to use its claim of having the First and Best 4G network in South Africa.

Both achievements prove beyond any reasonable doubt that we’re still the most loved network provider in SA and we provide the widest coverage, best quality and fastest network. This has also been proven by our lead of 16 points over our nearest competitor as measured through the Net Promoter Score (which gauges the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships).
