The new and improved VodaPay App comes with a host of new features, better navigation and improved speed. Here's what we love the most about it.

1. It’s FREE to download

Our app is free to download for all devices. To download or check if you have the latest version, simply go to the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.  Android users can also download the VodaPay App through the Vodacom App Store by clicking here and will incur no data charges.

2. It’s simple and quick to check your balances

All you need to do to find out what your balances are and how much of your data, voice and SMS bundles remain is open the App. That’s it. The info is displayed right there on the home screen. To see your detailed balances, click on ‘Balances’ on the bottom menu.

3. You can access the info you need right from your home screen

When you download the VodaPay App, you’ll automatically also receive the My Vodacom App widget. You can load it right to your phone’s home screen, just like you would with a weather or Facebook app, move it to a convenient spot and tap away.

4. There are so many ways to pay

Want to top up your airtime? No problem. Credit card? Sure. Debit card? Absolutely. It’s all designed for your maximum convenience. If you’re a contract customer, you can add the cost of data bundles directly to your monthly bill. If you’re on prepaid or have a top-up contract, you can either deduct the cost of bundles from your airtime, or pay with your credit or debit card through Masterpass.

5. 5% extra airtime using card payments

Purchase airtime for R40 or more using your debit or credit card and you’ll receive an additional 5% of airtime for free.

6. You get special deals like Just 4 You

Customers can access Just 4 You and associated offers by clicking on ‘Just for You’ in the bottom menu. These offers are personalised according to what you use the most - data, voice or SMS.

7. Find out when you’re due for your next upgrade

Are you itching for a new phone? The VodaPay App will keep you up-to-date on your next upgrade, giving you more than enough time to choose your next smartphone.

8. Redeem your Talking Points

Prepaid customers can redeem talking points for data, voice and SMS bundles within the app. 

9. Remember Me

This is a new feature that you can enable under ‘App settings’ and it saves your login details so that you don’t have to type them in every time.

10. FREE SMSs

You can send up to 20 SMSs daily free from the app.
