This year, the long-standing partnership between Vodacom and Microsoft will deliver new end-to-end cloud-based services called Modern Workplace. These services leverage Microsoft’s cloud-based offerings to support growth for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with innovative tools for hybrid work.
Vodacom is set to combine its extensive footprint and strengths in emerging connectivity technologies with Microsoft’s leading cloud platforms, giving Vodacom customers direct access to Microsoft 365, Teams Phone System, and Microsoft Azure. These productivity-boosting tools let employees stay connected when working remotely, collaborate, and share information in near real-time.
The Vodacom Business partnership with Microsoft will help our SMB customers deploy these easily managed services rapidly to support new ways of working and improve business processes. We’ll provide the services to Vodacom Business clients as a curated, competitive bundle that offers SMBs much more value than the standard product bought individually.
For a business to truly reap the rewards of digital transformation, networks, clouds, and security must work together efficiently. This is what Modern Workplace offers: customers will enjoy seamless cloud experiences that are flexible, secure, easy to use, and future ready.
As organisations transition to operations that run outside of legacy infrastructure, they’ll be able to access professional and managed services that bring the network, cloud, and security together. This ensures a secure and optimal application performance – yet another way Vodacom steps up as an SMB supporter.
