Worried that you're running out of data? Keep track by checking your balance using one of these convenient methods.
As soon as you log into the VodaPay App, you'll see your balances displayed. Click into any of them to see your detailed balances. You can use the app to manage your account, buy airtime, data and SMS bundles as well as transfer airtime and sign up for ebilling.
If you're on a tablet, download the VodaPay App from your device's app store. The VodaPay App should automatically register your Vodacom SIM card number. If it doesn't do this automatically, you can find your SIM card number by inserting the SIM into a cellphone and dialing *135*501#
You can view your data balance on the account summary page of the VodaPay App. If you have a data device like a dongle or Wi-Fi router, link your data device number on the VodaPay App. You'll then be able to view your data balances when logging in.
Dial *135# and follow the prompts to view your balance, buy bundles and transfer airtime.
Vodacom will automatically send you SMSes that let you know that your data bundle is running low or has been depleted. Be sure to pay attention to these notifications and buy additional bundles if needed.
