Roselina Mkhabela

I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Pearson Institute of Higher Education, now known as Eduvos. Currently, I am in the Data Analytics field within the CVM regional prepaid tribe and digital engineering.

The program's standout aspects include valuable coaching sessions that contribute significantly to the growth and enhancement of my skills. I appreciate the provision of personal coaches dedicated to aiding in both self and career development. Additionally, the program has afforded me excellent exposure to the intricacies of the prepaid side of the business. I particularly enjoyed the professionally organized photo shoot prepared for the graduates.

Nhlanhla Fakude

I completed my studies in Human Resources Management at the University of Johannesburg. Being a part of the Discover Graduate Program has proven to be an invaluable experience for my personal and professional development.

The program offers a comprehensive array of training and development opportunities, providing a platform for substantial growth. Throughout the year, I gained exposure to various departments, deepening my understanding of the organization's operations. The inclusion of a personal coach has been instrumental in guiding and supporting me on this journey. Engaging in challenging projects not only contributed to the organization's success but also cultivated essential skills and abilities. The BTS training significantly influenced the shaping of my character toward becoming a leader. Overall, the graduate program has been a transformative journey, equipping me with the essential tools and knowledge to excel in the corporate world and as a proficient HR professional.

Thinama Liwela 

I hold an Honours degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree (Cum Laude) in Economics, both earned at the University of the Free State. I am a member of the Retail Operations Group, specifically within the Retail Model Design Team.

Participating in the program has enabled me to engage and network with fellow graduates across various divisions within the organisation. This experience has contributed to upskilling my presentation and verbal communication abilities. The added value of having a mentor, undergoing a professional photoshoot, and participating in a structured course tailored for aspiring leaders has further enriched my professional journey. The program has also exposed me to the prospect of exploring other divisions or departments aligned with my interests.

Mufumi Rikhotso

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, driven by a keen interest in problem-solving within the discipline. Intrigued by organisational dynamics, I pursued further studies at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, culminating in a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Currently, I specialise in IT, particularly in Amazon Web Services presales, within the Cloud, Hosting, and Security group at Vodacom Business. A notable highlight of the Discover Graduate Program for me is the connection with my career coach. This relationship has played a pivotal role in my career development this year, challenging me to grow while empowering me with the skills to position myself as a young leader in my field.
