What is Vodacom NXT LVL?
Vodacom NXT LVL (pronounced next level) is a youth brand aimed at South Africans under the age of 25. This campaign aims to empower the youth by using data-centric bundles to access the internet and to inspire and motivate the motion of success.
Vodacom launched the NXT LVL career site to enable young South African citizens to easily pursue their careers by giving them access to free career resources. Looking for a career opportunity shouldn’t be a hassle. That’s why we’re committed to giving you a great head-start in your career.
Vodacom has partnered with various career websites so you can browse career opportunities for free without being charged*. You won't use any data when you access these websites from your smartphone with your Vodacom SIM in it. Just make sure to go via the vodacom.co.za website Jobs portal. Find a job, apply online and follow up on your application process. Because you shouldn't have to pay to look for work.

Have you ever seen yourself working at Vodacom? Want to become part of our friendly staff? Now is your time. The application process is as simple as 1,2,3. Go to Careers. Select the career best suited for you by searching relevant keywords, location and the type of job you’re looking for.
Apply online by first registering and then uploading your CV and cover letter. Apply for the specific job and you’ll receive an email confirmation of receipt. If you’re shortlisted, you will be asked to attend an interview. The interview will consist of questions regarding your experience and qualifications. We will also assess job relevant competencies such as problem-solving, leadership or interpersonal skills required for the position.
After the interview, an employment screening will take place. It is important for candidates to declare anything that may negatively affect the application. The screenings will include education, credit checks and criminal history.
