Are you having trouble getting your monthly eBill?
Try out these troubleshooting tips:
- Add email@example.com to your mail favourites (to avoid the spam filter).
- Keep your information up to date. Any account detail changes (such as email address, invoice address, invoice name etc.) should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a copy of your ID and the main account holder's cellphone number (this is important).
- Request any bill resends via our email@example.com, along with a copy of your ID and the main account holder's cellphone number (this is important).
- Speak to our enterprise support agents by dialling 082 135 from your Vodacom Business cellphone.
- Note that bills are distributed by the 15th of the month at the latest. We are constantly working on improving this time.
If you are still having issues, you can escalate your logged query to firstname.lastname@example.org - preferably include your service request number for ease of follow up.
