    Here are five of the ways the award-winning My Vodacom App saves you precious time and puts your mind at ease, whether you're a Pre-Paid, Top Up or Contract customer.

    Secure log in

    Logging into the My Vodacom App is secure and easy. You can request a One Time PIN (OTP) to be sent to your device, type in your password or even use a Voice Password system (if you're on an iOS or Android device).

    To activate the Voice Password system, go to your Profile in the App.

    Keep an eye on your balances

    The My Vodacom App is the simplest way to manage your Vodacom account because it allows you to:

    • Check up on your account balances.   
    • Manage your bundles - check up on whether your recurring bundles are sufficient, or whether you should top up with another Once Off bundle.
    • Receive notifications that alert you when your balances are low.
    • View your invoices, statements and bills to date.
    • Activate Vodacom eBilling to receive your statement on a monthly basis via email.

    Shop in a flash

    On the My Vodacom App, you can buy data, MMS and SMS bundles in an instant. All you have to do is select the number you want to buy for, the type of bundle, the size of the bundle, and whether you want a recurring bundle (which will automatically be loaded to your device every month) or a once-off bundle (for those times when you need a little boost just for now).

    One of the greatest features of the App is that it lets you buy data and airtime bundles for other numbers, so you can gift them to your partner, parents, children or friends.

    Send free SMSs

    Yep, that's right. You can send up to 20 SMSs Vodacom-to-Vodacom, totally free of charge every day, from the My Vodacom App.

    You can even schedule them to be sent at a later date, if you like - for example, to say to your friends, 'Yay, we made it!' on the day that school breaks up.

    Super-useful self-service features

    Two of the services that the My Vodacom App offers that will undoubtedly save you loads of time are Find Your Nearest Vodacom Outlet, and Find Your PUK. (Your PUK number is the one you'll need to unlock your device when you've put the wrong PIN in three times.)

    To find your nearest Vodacom outlet, simply go to the Vodacom Outlets option in the Menu. For more, go here.

    And to find out what your PUK number is, select 'My Profile' once you've logged into the App. Select 'Account Details' and you'll see your PUK number will be displayed.
