But there is another perk with VodaBucks that makes them even more valuable: you can convert them into cash and use them however and whenever you want.

How to convert VodaBucks into cash?
To convert your VodaBucks into cash you just need an active VodaPay wallet. You can activate yours by logging in to the VodaPay app and tapping the “Wallet” tab. Once you’ve activated your VodaPay wallet, here’s how to convert your VodaBucks into cash:
- Tap on Rewards in the bottom menu
- Tap on the Convert button.
- Enter the amount of VodaBucks you want to convert and tap “Convert now”.
- Tap on “Convert to cash” to confirm the transaction.
- Tap “Done” and spend your cash how you want. From buying prepaid water and electricity, paying a traffic fine, to shopping and services – do it all on the VodaPay app with your cash.
If you want physical cash to spend elsewhere, you can cash out from your VodaPay wallet and withdraw from a Cash Express ATM or participating retailers.
You will first need to set up your VodaPay wallet. To do this, log in to the VodaPay app, tap on the ‘Wallet’ tab and then follow the prompts to complete the process.
