Vodacom Business opens first office in Bokone Bophirima.

Vodacom Business today announced the opening of its first office in Bokone Bophirima. The office will cover both business and consumer requirements, including all provincial network improvement planning.

The new office is expected to enhance Vodacom’s customer service delivery in the province as well as improve response times to customer queries. Vodacom Business Chief Officer Vuyani Jarana says: “Vodacom’s new office will enhance our partnership with the community of Bokone Bophirima. The benefit for local customers will be improved service delivery due to the new proximity of support structures.”

This in turn will help Bokone Bophirima respond more quickly to the evolving demands and expectations of its citizens. Vodacom is committed to playing a meaningful role in supporting the digital transformation of the Bokone Bophirima government.”

Vodacom services in Bokone Bophirima were previously managed through the Midrand office. Through making itself more accessible to its customer base, Vodacom hopes to create brand and operational presence as well as greater awareness in the province.

Hon. Premier of Bokone Bophirima Supra Mahumapelo says “We welcome Vodacom’s increased presence in Bokone Bophirima. We are confident that they will continue to support local government’s strategic priorities through technological innovation, including agriculture and tourism, to boost economic growth in the province.”

The new office was officially commemorated at a ceremony in Mafeking today. It will initially be staffed with X people and is now open for business.
