Call and collect with Vodacom
Looking to upgrade your phone, open a new contract or gear up with tech gadgets? Go phygital and get the best of both digital and physical stores. You can place your order by call and simply collect it in store the next day or within 48 hours. How’s that for convenience and flexibility…
- Place your order with the Vodacom Contact Centre on 082 17844 (toll-free from a Vodacom number).
- You can either choose to pick up your product at the store or have it delivered to your doorstep.
- If you prefer to collect, select your nearest store that has your product in stock (note that your product will only be reserved for 48-hours). You will receive an SMS confirming your order.
- When you go and collect in-store, you will need to do biometrics or present your original ID or passport to verify your identity.
Book an appointment online
Dreading the long queues? We get it. Simply book your appointment in advance and get served as you walk into the store. You’ll be met with a product and service expert who will know your reason for your store visit, ready to assist you. You can book an appointment on the VodaPay app or on the website.
Verify your identity with facial biometrics
For enhanced security and your peace of mind, before anything (transactions, settings, add-ons) is actioned on your user profile, you will need to verify your identity via facial recognition. This way, even if someone has all your details, they will not be able to authorise anything on your account.
