Here’s how it works
- 9-letter match: win a share of R1 000 000.
- 8-letter match: win a share of R150 000.
- 7-letter match: 7 customers who are randomly drawn each week will win R4 000 each.
- 6-letter match: 6 customers who are randomly drawn each week will win R2 000 each.
- 5- to 1-letter match: 344 customers who are randomly drawn each week will win R29 airtime each.
A Guaranteed Millionaire
Every quarter, a Guaranteed Millionaire will be randomly drawn from the paid SMSes received the previous quarter. (Free entries will not qualify. Only R1 paid SMSes will go into the draw.)
This means that the more times you enter, the better your chances of winning. You don’t even have to match any letters to be drawn as the Guaranteed Millionaire as it is a random draw!
The first ever Guaranteed Millionaire will be drawn on 27 September 2016.
How to enter
- All Vodacom Customers get two free SMSes every week to enter Vodacom Millionaires. Every entry thereafter costs R1.
- Vodacom Millionaires is televised every Tuesday night at around 18:25 on SABC 1. Customers should ensure that they have entered the draw for the week, before the close at 12:00 midday, on the Tuesday of the draw.
- All entries received after 12:00 midday will be entered into the next week’s draw.
- A random selection mechanism will be used to choose the nine (9) winning letters and the weekly results will be audited by Vodacom’s independent auditors.
- Prepaid customers receive an additional free SMS for every recharge of R10 or more.
- You can redeem 5 Talking Points for 1 entry into Vodacom Millionaires.
